Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Custom candle orders follow the same process but are also subject to production lead times. Because production time varies depending on customization and order volume, custom orders ship once production is complete.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Rates are provided in real time by the carrier (UPS Ground), and the exact cost and estimated delivery date will be shown before you complete your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package to your door.
